Billing: Psychic readings are purchased in advance with refunds granted if cancellations are done within 24 hours of the appointment time. Spiritual Student classes are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failed payments will cause automatic loss of access to the private area of the website, videos, and community group.

Cancellation policy: Students can cancel their membership at any time via their account page. Partial refunds cannot be granted, but memberships will remain active with all access and benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

Code of Conduct: There will be zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or dismissing other students' personal spiritual journeys. Eric Leigh-Pink reserves the right to remove any student for violation of this policy, and their membership will be subject to immediate cancellation.

Intellectual Property Rights: Eric Leigh-Pink holds the copyright to any and all materials and videos provided. Students may not download, screen-record, resell, or share course materials or videos with anyone, or share login credentials.
